JEB Stuart High School performs Into the Woods - April 26-28 and May 4-5
Stuart High School will present its spring musical, “Into the Woods,” on April 26, 27, and 28 and May 4 and 5. The April 28 show is a matinee starting at 2:15pm; all other performances begin at 7pm. Tickets are $8 for students, teachers, and senior citizens; $10 for all others. For the April 27 performance, area middle schoolers wearing school gear will receive a one dollar discount. For the April 28 performance, senior citizens will receive a one dollar discount. The play’s music and lyrics are by Stephen Sondheim. Stuart High School is located at 3301 Peace Valley Lane in Falls Church.

1. The First Lady and Rachel Ray at Parklawn Elementary School - Watch local news coverage of First Lady Michelle Obama and cooking celebrity Rachel Ray as they visit Parklawn Elementary School to kick off a new initiative to provide healthy school lunches.
9. NVTA Announces Online Snowplow Tool - With two more months of winter remaining, the Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance (NVTA) has announced the creation of a new online tool to track snowplow activity. Once it snows at least two inches, the new webpage will be activated and residents can find out the status of plowing in Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William county neighborhoods.
